ADMC should close down all the fast food restaurants in the cafeteria

some people think the fast food is good.But i disagree with this idea. First of all, the fast food is not good for healthe because is makes you fat and cause you disease.

For example, ate healthe meals sush as eggs and frut or fish an other healthe food. Secondly, sometime i think the fast food is good but not for healthe just because they prohibit quickly.

This is important because is not good for healthe.
Finally, The people should not eat fast food only when you urgent. For instance the ADMC we should close down all fast food in ADMC.

some people think women drive better than men, but I think the man are better than women, so I disagree with that idea women driving cars is better than men. My daily routine

My daily routine
On weekdays I get up at half past seven. Then I shave, shower and get dressed. I have breakfast at nine o’ clock. After breakfast I drive to my brother’s school and after that I drive to the college. I start lessons at quarter to ten. I usually have a smoking break at half past ten. We finish lessons at half past three. Then I drive to my brother’s school and then I go home and have lunch with my family. After lunch, I usually have a nap. In the evening I sometimes go to the gym and go swimming after the gym. I always have dinner with my family at half past nine. After dinner I watch TV. I usually go to bed at midnight
